Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We offer a return or exchange period of 14 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following "Resalable Condition" criteria:

  • The product must remain unopened and unused.

  • All original packaging, protective seals, and labels must be intact and undamaged.

  • The item must be in the same condition as it was when delivered to you.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

In the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery. To facilitate a resolution:

  • Contact us immediately via our official communication channels.

  • Provide your Order Number and clear photographic evidence of the product and the issue.

    Failure to report discrepancies within this 24-hour window may result in the denial of your claim.

Return Procedures and Fees

All return requests must be formally submitted and approved by our customer service team via email, WhatsApp, or our official social media platforms.

  • Return Shipping: Fees for return transit vary by location and will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  • Original Shipping: Initial delivery fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Inspection and Refund Process

Once your return is received at our facility, it will undergo a mandatory quality inspection.

  • Approval: If the item passes inspection, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the transaction to be completed.

  • Rejection: Items that are found to be opened, used, or otherwise not in their original condition will fail inspection. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the items will be returned to you within 3–7 business days at your expense.
